Fees & Insurance

Insurance Information

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We do not bill directly to insurance companies. Our policy is to provide a receipt to you once full payment is made. You then use this receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Will my insurance plan cover the fees of a BCACC Registered Clinical Counsellor, or an ACCT Registered Therapeutic Counsellor?

• What is the coverage amount per year and per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payments

• Cash, cheque are accepted in person. Please do not mail cheques.

• All major credit cards accepted for payment via Square smartphone card reader, or online through our Jane software. 

• E-transfer is accepted with special arrangement with your counsellor. E-transfer payments need to be made prior to your session start.

Please note we do not accept debit cards at this current time.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least a full 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
